These are the Top up and coming artists that I think you need to keep a close eye on in 2025, I expect to see them have tremendous growth over 2025 after they all have had a stellar 2024 so far.
1. Kaitlin Butts
Known for her emotionally resonant songwriting, Kaitlin’s music blends traditional country sounds with modern storytelling. Going to a Kaitlin Concert is a true delight and an epic storytelling experience.
2. Kolby Cooper
A rising star, Cooper’s gritty vocals and relatable lyrics about life and love have made him a favorite in Texas country music. While Kolby’s music often leans toward the Red Dirt scene, his recent cover of ‘My Love’ revealed a more tender side to his artistry.
3. Jon Stork
With his smooth voice and well-crafted songs, Jon Stork is steadily gaining momentum across Texas venues. With a 90’s country flare, Jon is quickly making himself the artist to beat. He consistently draws a larger fan base and puts out chart topping music at an astounding rate.
4. Kat Hasty
Her raw and honest songwriting, particularly in songs like *Drowning in Dreams*, has earned her a growing fanbase. Kat has one of the most unique voices anywhere, and she uses it in every right way possible. With so many great songs, we hope 2025 will be a massive breakout year for her.

This San Antonio-based group known for their electrifying performances, mixes Texas country with hints of rock, in a non-stop 100% adrenaline filled show. All while Rico, the lead singer, adds an extra layer of excitement by playing keys, fiddle, and other instruments while captivating the audience.
6. Summer Dean
Known for her heartfelt performances and authentic country style, Summer Dean is making waves in the music industry. With every note that leaves her lips, she bares her soul, connecting deeply with audiences.
7. Teague Brothers Band
They have captured audiences with their rich sound and lyrics, drawing from both rock and country influences. Their music has already earned them legendary status in Texas Country, and their latest work continues to impress. There is something special about John Teague’s voice for sure.
8. Payton Riley
This young artist is quickly making a name for herself with her unique blend of Texas country and pop influences. Despite being a high school student, Payton has already earned the title of 2024 Texas Country Music Associations Young Artist of the Year.
9. Zebb Rogers
With his authentic portrayal of Texas life, Zebb, a talented singer-songwriter, is attracting a devoted fanbase. Based out of Steel Records in Louisiana, Zebb’s music has found a unique sound that blends Texas Country and Mainstream Country. His recent chart success is a testament to his exceptional songwriting, unwavering passion, and ever growing army of loyal supporters.
10. Presley Haile
With her fresh take on Texas country music, characterized by witty lyrics and a contemporary vibe, Presley has captured the attention of many. She could easily be known as the ‘sweetheart of Texas Country,’ and frequently collaborates with her songwriting and performing partners, Race Ricketts and Nick Brumley. Known for her insane vocals, Presley is also instantly recognizable by the silver hearts she paints on her cheekbones before each performance.
These artists are part of the thriving Texas country music scene, often performing across local venues and gaining recognition on platforms like the Official Texas Music Chart and in articles across the state of Texas.
